Design | Build | Maintain
DESIGN

The design process starts with the first phone call to us. Our Client Survey questionnaire is designed to cover all the aspects that pertain to an A/V equipped room.

Once the questionnaire has been completed, we begin the conceptual phase and propose a variety of solutions, with considerations given for budgets.

Once the concepts have been identified, we create a set of shop drawings for the system.  These are comprised of signal flow charts, wiring diagrams, architectural and structural details, and other related information for all involved trades.  AutoCad is the standard design tool for Architects, Engineers, and Designers, so all our documentation is created in this application to permit the seamless transfer of intellectual ideas.

After the concept has been approved, we move into the implementation phase.  It is during the implementation phase that we deal with the real world design problems.  During this phase, problems are identified and changes to the original designs are made via change notices to the design/build team.

BUILD

Installation services are the key to system sales.  Box Sellers; companies who sell you just the boxes and their contents, have no need for installation, training, and technical support departments.

We actively seek industry accreditation.  We are one of only a few “Gold Certified AV Service Providers” in Southern Ontario.  We have met these requirements that were set forth by the ICIA.

We have all the industry tools that you would expect from a professional installation company.

MAINTAIN

Absolute Video Theatre™ (AVT) would be pleased to discuss your various service and maintenance options with you at your leisure.  Some of the key areas covered include:

  • Full technical support with help line access for you and your end users.  Our trained industry professionals easily and quickly answer any problems you may experience.
  • Ease of mind.  Any technical problems that are not answered over the phone receive priority repairs in order that you may continue to use your equipment with the least amount of delay.
  • Guaranteed response to any technical call.
  • Guaranteed on-site response to any service issue which would require the attendance by one of our technicians.
  • Guaranteed replacement components are available for all of your equipment, should it fail and not be immediately repairable.
  • On-site Maintenance and support via AVT technicians, dedicated to your facility.  This contract provides you with a pro-active maintenance program, in order to eliminate downtime.  Electronic equipment requires scheduled maintenance in order to continue to operate efficiently throughout its’ lifetime. 
  • Optimal Performance;  Because your equipment receives constant care and attention, its performance will operate “as good as new”.  AVT will be pro-active with regards to software upgrades from all of the equipment manufacturers, as they are released and your AV systems will incrementally improve over time.
  • Priority Service and reduced rates.  As a Contract Client, you receive faster response and discounted labor rates
  • End-user training on the videoconferencing systems covered under this contract.
  • Video conference testing facilities for pre-meeting testing and diagnostics, via both ISDN and IP connection protocols.
  • Optional full or part-time, on-site support.
